Since we deal with customised/personalised range of products, we do not entertain any cancellations once the order has been placed.
Please be extra careful while submitting names, text, images for personalisation as once printed, there won’t be any changes or cancellations possible
In case of any changes, please contact your Giftmate within 1-2 hours of placing the order
No refunds in any case due to the personalised nature of products
We do not offer returns. Only exchange of orders will be allowed under certain circumstances as mentioned below in the exchange policy.
We allow the exchange of products in the following cases:
-If you have received a damaged product
-If you have received a defective product
-If you have received a wrong product
In the above-mentioned cases, send us an email along with the picture of the product on email@example.com.
Once your exchange request has been processed and approved, we will send our shipping partner to pick up the product. After receiving the order, please allow us a time period of 2-3 days to check, rectify and deliver it to you.
